Strong Foundations

This is a problem plague North American, if not the world. It is worse then the economic crisis. Some great types to start the year off with a bang, or should i say BANG BANGS! That is BAD UNDERWEAR also know as foundation garments! This applies mostly to women but guys some of you are to blame for this problem too.

Ladies first;
More then 50% of you are wearing the wrong size bra. Quick question - do you want to do something to your body that makes you look older, shorter and 10 pounds heaver? Well if you say no then why are you wearing an old,bad, and poorly sized bra. A properly fitted bra will give you the appearance of better posture which will make you look taller and more lean (thus looking like you are 10 lbs lighter without doing anything. Best is to go to a proper underwear store and get sized. It does not take that much time. You do not necessarily need to buy the undergarment there but get you proper size for future purchases. Your boobs should not be anywhere near you belly button.
Quick Tips. You bra should place you breast mid way between your shoulder and you elbow. The bottom strap should wrap front to back and be level. You should not have to adjust it that much if ever through the day
Another problem for ladies is VPL, visible pantie line. Make sure you do a check before you leave the house. Some pants do not cover when you are wearing big panties, or if you have patterns others maybe able to see them through you pants. There is also a lot of underwear options instead of a traditional pantie say a seamless options to try.

Guys;
This is something that we need to consider also, that is when we choice to wear them. It really does not matter what kind you wear; brief, boxer, boxer brief, jock etc. Just be sure that they are clean. White underwear is great but it tends to look old and worn very fast, thus need to be replaced sooner. If they are ripped throw them out immediately, no good!
Its a good idea to keep a collection of different style according to what you are wearing. As fashion forward guys we do need to be concerned about underwear lines also. Changing the style from maybe a boxer in snug pants to a brief my be more comfortable for the "boys" and look better, no underwear line is a good thing!

You need to think of underwear as the foundations to you outfit. just like in any building, a bad foundation the building cannot be supported properly and may fall and crumble. Same with your outfit!
