Idea for Looks Better Nekkid workout

Hope on the Buff Bus with this great workout idea from Crossfit! I did it recently and it was a great change to the regular routine and you really do not need much equipemnt and will not need to wait for any machines. It is a doesie and you will look sooo good naked after this one I promise you!

100 Lunges
75 ball slams (pick up a ball raise it overhead and swing your arms down while squatting and slam the ball down)
50 box jumps
25 pull ups
50 push ups
75 curl ups (full curl up)
100 squats

You can break this up any way you would like as long as you get all the numbers done. Ideally you do the total number before you move on but the important part is that you are doing it and moving so just get it done!
