Project LOOKS BETTER NEKKID

Fitness project for2010: be in the greatest shape of you life.

Health bodies come in many shapes and sizes. It is not about being skinny. It is about increasing you lean muscle mass, cardiovascular endurance, energy, and decreasing your body fat, and stress. For some people this will not be about loosing weight though many people it will be. No matter what your goal is part of it should be to Look Better Naked. This is something for guys, girls, young, old, large, small, tall, short. We can all always strive to Look Better Naked. This may be achieved through many forms of activity; running, swimming, weight training, Yoga, Pilates, Wii Fit, walking, climbing, the list goes on. The important thing is that you do some form of active that you like and that you will keep doing for the long term.

So I'm going to hop on the Buff Bus and I hope some of you will join me. My goal will be to put on 10 lbs of lean muscle mass, increase flexibility and of course Look Better Naked

Here is how i started for 2010
Today was legs day and my workout partner and I went a little crazy. He had a neck injury so we did not do bar squats this workout. We came up with a bunch of other crazy stuff we could do for the whole lower body. Well now my butt feels much like I would imagine Jennifer Lopez feels. It is OUT THERE, feels like i have a lot of junk in my trunk. Trust my though my butt is still tiny little. It was so bad I needed to do a swagger just to walk right my thighs were thunderous. I wondered why so many muscle bound guys walked funny, now i know.
