A good friend and i decided that once a week we were going to have a little cooking get together party. Tonight was our first trail at for our cooking extravaganza.
I received Mastering the Art of French Cooking cookbook from my parents for Christmas and tried the first recipe from it today. Before i go on just letting you know that this is not the Julie / Julia project at all. Cute movie by the way. Just thought i would share with you how GREAT the recipe i had was today. SO AMAZING! I made Carbonnades a la Flamande. It is basically a beer beef stew. So Good!
