Looks Better Nekkid easy tips

Hello Friends!
Checking in with the Buff Bus. These tips might not be Buff Bus in the traditional sense but still worked to looking Better Naked and contributing to over all health and wellness.

- Drink cool water and stay hydrated. If you water is cool or cold your body will burn extra calories in order to metabolize it. Easy way to get ride of a couple more calories right...and it is great way to help your body function at optimal levels.
- Work on your posture, stand tall and proud. Having good posture will make you look longer and leaner. It also helps keep you stabilizer muscle engaged throughout the day. Here is a great way to check you posture from Secrets of the Ripped Men by Kalev from Kalev Personal Training.
- Squeeze it! This works as part of your posture but a little extra that you can add here and there. Anytime you can give your glutes (bum) and core a little squeeze, engaging the muscles as if you would bracing for impact. If you are in line at the grocery store you can give you butt a couple quick squeezes. When in traffic try to pull you core away from you seat belt for a second or two. It is a little tiny extra workout that you can do.
- Eat some protein as soon as you are able after a workout. Ideal time would be within 30 mins. It will help you muscle recover a little bit faster.
- Remember to rest. Recovery is the among the most important party of working out. Here is where muscle growth actually happens. Just remember there is a difference between resting and being lazy ;)
- Drink green tea. If you are a big coffee drinker, pop drinker, or drink a lot of alcohol try replace a cup of coffee or a can of pop with a cup of green tea a day. This tea has a lot of antioxidants in it and will help ride you body of toxins. Great for weight loss and maintainence.
- When grocery shopping stay on the outside aisle of the store. The further you get in the more processed food is. Just think, the produce is always on the outside and not in the middle. Shop outside and then if there is still stuff you need like pasta, rice or frozen vegetables (which are a great if fresh is too expensive, they still have a lot of nutritional value) then go into the middle.
- Last but not least do it for YOU! You cannot do this for anyone else it has to be you. Do it because you want to look better with and without clothes, do it because you want to be healthier, stronger, and better able to held daily stresses. Do it because you want to live a longer, fuller life.
