Here are the rules if you want to ride the Buff Bus. Nothing changes if nothing changes. That also means that if you are not doing anything then nothing will change.
- I will do some kind of activity 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes each time. Consistancy is the key!
- I will stay hydreated by drinking water throughout the day
- I will challenge myself each time i do a workout of activity
- I will be honest about myself and where I am at
- I will set goals and hold myself accountable to them
- I will make choise that i know that I can keep up for the long term
Remember that it is not always about loosing hte weight. This is a rules apply if you are trying to gain weight as well. You need to establish which side you want to be on and then commit to it through your goals.
Second thing to remember it is called Look Better NEKKID! You need to be able to check yourself out in the mirror or if you are ok taking a picture of yourself naked that way you can see your results. You need to be comfortable with your body! Naked is the way to go!
